ADR Log: When you need to understand WHY something is built a certain way — not just what it does. Each decision records the context, alternatives considered, and trade-offs accepted. Some decisions carry GO-LIVE BLOCKER status, meaning they must be resolved before production cutover.

Gotchas: When you hit an unexpected error or behavior in Microsoft Fabric. The gotchas are hard-won lessons from real failures — each one documents a symptom, its root cause, and the fix.
